Software Requirements

Most problems can be resolved by making sure that you have the latest version of the appropriate software to view the forms. Thompson HR Forms are delivered in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word format. If you do not have a licensed copy of Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word, both Adobe and Microsoft provide free readers that allow you to view documents in their respective formats.

"I've lost my form"

If you have purchased a Thompson HR Form and misplaced your copy, you can download another copy of the form for up to 30 days after your purchase. When you purchased the form, we sent you a confirmation email message from "Thompson HR Forms" with the subject line "Confirmation of your purchase." That email message will have a link to a download page.
